Thanks to the long experience and the support provided by trusted partners, ISDRI is able to offer its services at very low fares, especially if compared to Italian average life cost. Especially, when ISDRI organizes annual events, the dates of such events are available greatly in advance to participants, so that they can plan their coming in Sardinia using any available low-cost promotion from any travel net (especially airline companies).

What follows are prices per single person, related to active services or events. Air ticket and Visa are never included.

Services:

• Week-end on demand: for guests that are already in Cagliari for 2 or 3 days during the week-end and wants to taste a little bit of Sardinian culture, ISDRI organizes mini-events on-demand.
  Starting from  € 130 per 2 days, lus € 45 for every next day. Service cost may change accordingly to guests' requests: contact us for more information.
• Individual courses of Italian language: € 25 per hour.

On-demand events

    Hosting is in conventioned B&B or Hotel.
    All included except travelling escort service, which is granted as "part-time" only.

The  "all-inclusive" formula includes two meals per day, hosting, courses of Italian language, lstudying material, trips, touristic promotion activities and travelling escort service to the main events. Such fees may be further on reduced accordingly to our guests’ needs or if the participants group reaches important sizes (15 participants or more). Other on-demand extra elements will be calculated separately.

What follows is the list of advantages in group travelling:

• Reduction of the participation fee,
• Alternatively, a guide or group responsible is allowed to stay and participate to our events for free (in August only) or for 1/2 of formal fee.

• Support with VISA request, if necessary.
  
• Possibility to participate each year at reduced fees.

Special fee for “Holidays & Study” event in August

The creation of “all-in-one” pack includes Italian lessons and related educational material, trips, accommodation, meals (2 per day) for two weeks allows us to offer our Holidays & Study event starting from € 570, without any bad surprise after leaving home. See our FAQ for more details.

Note for students. ISDRI adopts specific politics with the aim of not hampering students coming from specific Nations, like Ukraine, where the academic year begins every 1^st September instead of on Monday, and where the presence of all students is required at the University. In these cases, ISDRI allows to anticipate the final exam with related certification and to refund the part of participation fee only those students that will have the need to complete the Italian language course in advance. This happens if, and only if, the premature return is due to academic obligations as described above and if the two weeks, during which the event is organized, conclude so closely to the beginning of September that it prevents the students from returning home in time. Such refunding includes the fixed expenses for services (meals and accommodation) that participants can’t use due to the anticipated leaving and it is applied only if such need is clearly expressed at the time of subscription for your stay with ISDRI.

Note for VISA: ISDRI cannot grant VISA for its guests, however we still apply to make a formal request to Italian embassies located into our guests's Nations of provenance. We formerly ask for a touristic Visa for the whole group, for the duration of time needed to participate to the required event.
